My gay boyfriend is launching a new business next month. I’ve been helping him with the business and marketing plans, and it’s been a fun journey. He contacted me while I was in Orlando hanging about Disney World to let me know that the business will officially open June 21st. Luckily, I’ll be in town to attend the soft launch party.
This business combines some of my favorite things: mid-century modern furniture and modern art. I am working away on the website and other marketing materials. A photo shoot is forthcoming, and I’ve been asked to come out of retirement and be on the other side of the camera. In the meanwhile, enjoy this picture of Poul Volther’s Corona chair.
